Movement Strength & Conditioning
Our signature strength and conditioning class is designed to help you build real strength, move with more confidence, and train with purpose. Expect progressive programming, hands-on coaching, and thoughtful modifications that meet you where you are while continuing to challenge you over time. This is serious training in a supportive group environment – structured, energising, and built to help you keep improving.
Infrared Recovery
Have an hour to yourself in our beloved hotbox as a way to slow down, detoxify, aid your recovery from workouts and stress in general, and come into a more meditative state. The infrared beams penetrate deeply into the body, allowing for an overall air temperature that is not as hot as traditional saunas. As such, you will be able to comfortably last longer in the healing heat, get a nice deep sweat, and help your body as a whole clear out and rejuvenate. Many people also experience deeper states of sleep after a nice sauna.
For Trainers
Give your clients a better place to train. Our space is available to independent trainers looking for a clean, well-equipped environment that reflects the quality of their coaching. It is a professional setting designed to support focused training, a strong client experience, and a high standard of care.
