Talia is a NASM certified personal trainer with specializations in prenatal/postpartum, biomechanics, breathing and posture, pilates, bonefit and more. She’s been teaching for over 12 years and has worked with people from all stages and abilities! Talia is ready to meet you where you’re at and help you feel more confident and empowered!

This class is designed to support new moms as they ease back into movement with strength, structure, and support. Expect coach-led small-group sessions that help you rebuild confidence, improve overall strength, and return to movement in a way that feels both safe and approachable. You do not need to be “back in shape” to begin. You just need a starting point.
